High School UCD Charette

In Spring 2015, I participated in a Directed Research Group under the HCDE Department. In this research group, we researched the methods of teaching user-centered design to high school students by conducting charettes. We adjusted the timing and process for each high school class, depending on the length of the class period, type of class, and socioeconomic standing of the school’s student population, and collected data on their feedback for future iterations of the charette.
